Explore the Alpujarra, its villages and countryside with sketchbook in hand.

This holiday is for anyone, you do not have to be "artistic", just willing to stop and stare, taking note of what you see and feel, making visual notes of your impressions and experiences. Jeni will help you create a sketchbook travel diary, with advice on materials and techniques if needed. See more about Jeni.

This holiday is based in the mountain village of Los Bérchules in a small family run hotel with a swimming pool and marvelous views over the valley to the Sierra de Gador in the distance. The hotel, although modern, is built and decorated in the traditional Alpujarran style.

We include all meals on this trip and will be able to treat you to some interesting lunches both in bars and al fresco as we visit
other valleys and villages in the area.
