May 2010. The months of december 09 and January 2010 were very wet and caused much damage to paths. There is now a much improved situation but whatever the books and the hear-say tells you, your path may not be usable on the day - take care and use your own judgement. Download all_updates
Latest updates. - 2 may 2010 - This month is a great time to visit the area.

May-10	9	59	4		la taha	The path between points 4 & 5 is currently damaged. If you are not an agile person best not to attempt this walk at the moment.
May-10		168	Ferreirola	Sierra y Mar	Appendix B	Replace existing data with…..Sierraymar@hotmail.com. tel (0034) 958766171. A beautiful place to stay. Run by walkers. No evening meals but cooking facilities are provided. Restaurants in next village - 20minutes walk. 2 minutes car. There is no pool.
