Holidays, which include accommodation, are not considered booked or confirmed until a deposit is received. Deposits are non returnable except in the event that walkAlpujarra cancels the holiday. See Insurance below.

We ask you to think if anyone in your party has known health problems which put their safety at risk when traveling or exercising, and let us know if they do. If on arrival we judge you to be at risk on your planned holiday, we could ask you not to take part in some or all of the activities.

Full payment of the balance will be requested 1 month before commencement day of the holiday and your payment should be received by us before commencement day.

Cancellation. In the event of you cancelling your holiday we will try to make reasonable refunds but do not guarantee this. See Insurance below.

walkAlpujarra has never yet cancelled a confirmed holiday. If for any reason we had to cancel a booked holiday we would return all payments made to us. 

Insurance. Whilst we have the legally required third party liability insurance (responsibilidad civil) you expect of a business this does not cover the personal risks of clients. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover the normal travel risks of theft, personal accident, medical treatment, repatriation, and cancellation.
