Rain damage to paths in Spain - There is much damage to bridges and paths as a result of the extreme winter rains 2009/10. A significant number of well known routes are not possible at the moment.

We will guarantee you routes that work with no bad surprises.

Independent travelers. We react quickly... all you need is a flight, and we arrange the rest to suit your dates.

Whether your interest is primarily walking, or is to discover the cultural treasures of Andalucia, we have the knowledge to enable you to get you the most from your trip.

Groups. For your family, club or your clients we can organise the perfect Alpujarras trip to match your dates, and take the worries away from you.

A useful check that you are following the correct route.

You will also be provided with topographical maps and detailed descriptions.

The Alpujarra

A fascinating, historic and spectacularly beautiful area of Andalucia, on the southern slopes of the Sierra Nevada.

We have been living in this beautiful area since 1994 and can offer the wealth of our personal experience and local knowledge.

We also work with trusted colleagues in other parts of Andalucia and can, through them offer multi centre walking or sketching tours. We hope to be your short cut to our years of experience of the area and to give you a rapid but deep appreciation of the area.
